Printing in Adjust Standard Yields

1. Once you have changed the standard yield for an item(s), command options will appear allowing you to print or choose from a set of other print options.

2. Before the printing, the system will prompt you to enter a desired tolerance percentage. This allows you to narrow the scope of the printed list to items within the tolerance specified.

For example: If you enter 50.00% as your tolerance, the system will print all items with a percentage change higher than 50.00%. If you press Enter to accept the system default of 0.00%, the system will print all items with a percentage change higher than 0.00%. If you enter -50.00% as your tolerance, the system will print all items with a percentage change higher than -50.00%.

The following information will print:

• Grp – The item group
• Item – The name of the item
• UN – The stocking unit of measure
• Actual – The actual yield of the item
• PO – The last purchase order yield
• STD – The old standard yield
• New Standard – The new standard yield of the item, based on the changes entered or default yield selected
• Difference – The per unit difference between the old and new standard yield
• % – The percentage change from the old standard yield to the new standard yield
• Corp ID – The corporate ID assigned to the item.
